Why major in CS+X at Âé¶¹´«Ã½?

The CS+X program pairs with almost every major and minor at Âé¶¹´«Ã½. So, you could double major in CS+X and history and end up managing a museum’s website, or you could double major in CS+X and sport management and end up overseeing the ticketing platform for a professional sports team. The opportunities are endless.

CS + X Program Courses and Curriculum

Through your academic journey, you’ll master several computer programming languages and learn how to creatively apply this knowledge to devise solutions in any industry. CS+X is your main degree program, and your home is the College of Engineering. However, you are required to declare another major or minor in a field you’re passionate about.

You'll need 126 credit hours to earn your Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science + X. A second major or minor is required for this degree.

This 105,000-square-foot facility offers lab and large-scale project space for capstone projects, competitive design projects, and other direct industry engagement. Our supportive environment fosters direct industry engagement and hands-on learning experiences that prepare you for real-world challenges.
